Okay, this class is going to be so freaking good and I am over the moon to present it to you. Let me put this on, do not disturb. All right, we're back. So hi, sam, hello, gorgeous, how are you All right?
Speaker 1:Today is going to be so good, it's going to be so good and I'm so excited to have you here. So, if you are here, say hi whether you're watching the live with me, like Sam is here. Samantha, sam, what do you prefer? About 30 minutes? That's. My goal is to keep it around 30 minutes, but you can always come back and watch the replay too. So, sam, okay, I love calling you Sam, so I'm glad, unless you're late. Wait, no, don't call me that Anywho.
Speaker 1:So today we're going to be chatting about the laws of the universe. I'm only going to introduce three, maybe four, of the laws of the universe to you today. If you want to learn about the rest of the laws of the universe and implement them in life and business over a three-week span, then you can tap into the Freedom Frequency, which is three weeks, with me. We focus on mind, body and spirit and we go through all the laws of the universe and we implement them with energetics and embodiment practices in your business, in your life, so that you can collapse the timeline and get quicker results in your manifesting journey. So today we're going to learn how to use the power of acting as if, and this is something that I adopted. It was a download in my brain. I've heard it since then. Other people have said you know, acting as if, but a few years ago is really when it came to me and it's shortly after that the download for spiritual support system came. So I really, as a child, was always acting, acting as if. You know I was fulfilling some role and maybe you can deeply resonate with that and you've had to kind of shift identity, shift who you are, shift how you behave around certain people, and so I wanted to find a way to use science and to use personal development in a way that, and spirituality as well, but so that we can actually use this for the good, and so a lot of empaths will be able to do this work and see massive results, because you are so good at it.
Speaker 1:Holding energy or amplifying energy or taking other people's energy is on, and so you'll find that you are like you're in la la land a lot and you learn just the ins and the outs. You know even just the basics of the laws of the universe. You'll be able to see that they've all been in play this entire time. You'll be able to look at your life and go, oh, that makes complete sense, while this area of my life is this way, based on the laws of the universe. But you'll also start to see how you've been doing energy work and how you are consistently emitting energy into the field, which you're then getting back from others or from opportunities, or from just the world. And so this comes out in business, this comes out in relationships, this comes out in finances, it comes out in your overall well-being, whether or not you are acting as if. Okay, well then, we're going to go with Sam. I've always thought that, like short names and the names that could be also be for boys, for girls, are just I don't know. I think they're precious and I think it's cute and I just like it, I don't know. Okay, but you'll be able to see. You'll be able to see how these things are actually playing out in your life right now.
Speaker 1:An overview. You'll learn an overview of the universal laws and energetics, and I'm also going to give you some actionable steps, because I want you to walk away from here knowing what to do next, at least knowing what to research and look into and get obsessed with so that you can benefit from what is at play already. And then bringing it into your faith, bringing it into your body, bringing it into your regimen so that you can truly excel. And, like I said earlier, what feels like collapse the timeline, because here's the thing is that time's manmade, time's manmade Okay. And so if we can get in into your zone of genius, if you can get into alignment, if you can find and spot your energy leaks and then improve those energy leaks and you can leverage your energy, you collapse the timeline because things are in flow.
Speaker 1:Now you obviously have to have some masculine structure as well, which is going to come through organization, and again, that's organization within your life, within your business, within your relationships, right, but when you have all of these key components and they're all working together, even if you're not given one area of these pieces, is such an such without it, without it, the machine doesn't work. So like it's that little peg, and so each thing that I'm going to teach you today is a little peg in the machine that if you don't have that peg, it doesn't flow, the wheel doesn't work. Okay, so it's not about rebuilding the whole, the whole wheel, the whole machine. It's about just taking all these things you learned today and then acting as if, taking inspired action and really implementing them and integrating them into your life now. Speaker 1:Um, because we're going to get to the good shit. You ready for the good shit? Please comment if you're excited to learn a little bit about the laws of the universe. I want to hear from you in the comments, because this shit lights me up. Okay, the laws of the universe, like many, were introduced to me through the uh, the documentary, the secret. Okay, so maybe you saw the Secret, maybe you've read the Secret. Kudos to you if you've read it. I've only watched it, okay, but the law of attraction was the talk of the town for a long time and we are still getting into the laws of the universe because of this book, because of this film, introducing us to the concept that everything is energy and we get what we think of. The most often, we get what we are an energetic match for. And so I will never forget whenever I discovered this and I went to test it Okay, at the time I was with my baby, daddy, number one and um, we had a band and we had no professional recordings, nothing, we weren't really playing out or anything like that and I applied for this thing called um balcony TV, and we got and I was like I'm just going to act as if I'm going to act as if we are.
Speaker 1:We got accepted and I just went out on a limb and I applied and they called us and we got to go to New Orleans and we got to perform on the roof overlooking the Superdome, because I took a chance and I said you know what, I'm going to put it out there and if it's meant to be, it's meant to be. And I took a risk and it was proof to me in that instance that this stuff does work. But I didn't know anything about the rest of the laws of the universe. And so, like most people that go around just practicing that one law, which is the law of attraction, when there are significant amount of other laws okay, so 12 to be exact some people will argue that there are more. It really depends on how you perceive it. So let's start with the law of attraction.
Speaker 1:Focus brings expansion, okay. So think about the days where you wake up and you are just you've, like you've milk, you milk maybe meal prepped and you got things you know um, scheduled ahead of time and like your content's ready for the week and you're just feeling on fire. Uh, my friend would say that like you're um in the, the one good week of the month for us women who are in, like in the obvious what is it? The ovulation phase or um but in those in that, in that week, that you're just feeling really good, right, and so, or maybe it's just a day that you're feeling really good, but you notice that when you're feeling really good, things just seem to flow right and it's because you the, the, yeah, the follicular fuck. That's why you're here. Um, I don't know, I feel sexy and good when I'm ovulating, but the follicular phase, that's it. So.
Speaker 1:But when you're in, when you're in this zone, it just seems that you're getting more of that good energy. Right, and the same can be true for the opposite. When you wake up, great example that all of us can think of is like you stump your toe in the morning, something bad happens immediately. Or you didn't get a good night's rest, and so it just sets you up right. Oh, ovulation is the prime. Okay, you up. Right, ovulation is the prime. Okay, you'll go check out, samantha, if you're a female and you have a cycle, anyway. So back to this Girl brain got me All right, but what I was trying to say was where your energy goes. I mean, where the attention goes, the energy flows, okay.
Speaker 1:So we've all went around practicing the law of attraction and maybe have found ourselves getting aggravated because we're like, oh, this is, it works, but then it doesn't work. So what you focus on brings expansion right. Now we've got the law of assumption. The law of assumption is really, really, really, where the identity work is happening. Okay, this is where your faith comes in. The law of assumption has to be practiced whenever shifting self-image. The law of assumption has to be practiced whenever you are going from some. You know you're at this level and then you really want to quantum leap and like just go to this level. Like you hear about these overnight successes and it's really compounded efforts on the back end and it's compounded efforts from the universe, from god, from source, from your whole team back here working with you for you, right. But when you find this alignment and it comes with assuming that it's all working out, assuming that, um, you're, that you're, um, you're sacral, that your gut is leading you in the right direction, that, um, you're continuously evolving, right, so assuming this identity, acting as if you were already that person, so acting as if I want to give you real life examples.
Speaker 1:Okay, six months ago I was 40 pounds heavier. I was now my mental health it's hit and miss. We're figuring that part of it out. But I knew that I was going to continuously get worse. My mental health was going to, you know, be on the decline if I also physically felt like shit. And so I started acting as if I was healthy. I started seeing a doctor, I got blood work done, I started exercising. I just started really small, and I acted as if I was going to adopt this habit. Right, I started eating better, acting as if, and what happened is, in the past six months, I've lost 40 pounds. I feel a whole lot better.
Speaker 1:I do still have chronic illness. I'm figuring that out and I'm finding that a lot of it is up here, which is it's. It's like a good thing, but also a bad thing, because now we've got to figure out why. Why does my brain keep me physically sick? So I could be in an ebb and then right back to a flow, and then flow for a little bit, but right back to an ebb, right. And so it's figuring out how to perform, how that next level you is performing. How is that next level you feeding yourself? How are they taking care of themselves? What are they doing behind the scenes? That is the compounded effort that will lead to what seems like overnight success.
Speaker 1:Okay, so for some of us, some of us are very in the flow and so we're going to need some structure. We need some strategy. People who are heavily in the flow and just fly by the seat of their pants and whatnot typically need structure in their business, need some kind of strategy, marketing strategy, content strategy, right, but people who are very masculine may lack the creativity. So acting as if is going to require you to understand the law of assumption. And so what this means is that when you don't have a skill set, when you don't have the criteria or you haven't met the bar yet for whatever that goal is, whatever that, you know that that next identity is, that you must shift into, that you must adopt, that you must bring into the body and obtain. How is that person acting? And then you act as if they are already you. So the law of assumption is what you believe about yourself. You attract.
Speaker 1:Okay, think about I, think about myself as a young girl. You know I was defeated. I had so much going on in my life that just felt unfair Lots of neglect, lots of abuse, lots of trauma. And so in those periods I my mental health, was at the worst. It was at an all time high. Health was at the worst. It was at an all-time high. You could see it on my face. People from across the room would either ignore me or almost be afraid to talk to me because I had resting bitch face, but they didn't know what was going on at home. They didn't know why my energy was the way it was, and so I've blocked myself from a lot of good opportunities. I've blocked myself from a lot of good. Um, you know growth, growth opportunities as well.
Speaker 1:But, um, it's because when you are so focused in on one particular thing or one emotion or your, your situation or the predicament that you're in, that's the law of assumption. It's putting out to the universe that you are assuming it will always be this way, and so that's when you self-spiral, that's when you go through the negative and self-sabotaging behaviors and habits. Right, if you're in business for yourself and you feel that you have a marketing strategy, you're doing all the right things, but things aren't working still, and then you assume that it's not working. Then you start pulling back and you're acting as if it's not working. But the truth is is that every strategy works.
Speaker 1:I have worked with humongous companies, I've worked with tiny companies, I've worked with just solopreneurs, and nine times out of 10, they don't have a consistency issue, they have a commitment issue. Because here's the thing is that the human brain wants evidence of what is possible before they take it, takes the risk, and so it's very scary to what feels like. Leave it all up to chance, because we're very controlling as human beings and that makes us feel safe. Right, that's predictable. It's good for the psyche because it always knows what is coming next. And so what happens is is, in the law of assumption, assuming that it's not working behind the scenes, when the truth is, is that it will work. The end result of what it is you're here to do and show up as if it's working, as if you're the best at what you do, as if people are stupid to not work with you, if you show up with that level of commitment, that is an energetic footprint that now feels like a solid place to land. And so, behind the scenes, things are compounding, things are working.
Speaker 1:But how do you maintain the energy as if it's all working out? And that comes through self-care. It comes through sometimes investing in yourself, whether that's time, money or resources. It comes through boundaries, whether yourself, whether that's time, money or resources. It comes through boundaries whether that's with clients, family or in relationships, platonic and romantic. It comes in the form of adopting this person's life by building the person behind the scenes right Habits. What is that? What is the morning routine look like of this person? Does it match what you're currently doing or are you acting as if one day it'll all work out? One day I'll get to it, okay. If one day it'll all work out, one day I'll get to it, okay. So we've got the law of vibration Matching your frequency to your desires brings them into reality.

But a 30 day journal, um with the um, with cute little areas where you can, you know, actually document your feelings and how you're feeling, to be able to um, use it as feedback and feedback is is the by-product of sometimes, failure, sometimes it's success, but the feedback, that data, is what keeps us ever evolving so that we can move closer to the things that we want. So, over the 30 days, if you give this 30 days and act as if it is just the bee's knees and the golden nugget to your success, the gateway, then you'll see that your feelings really do shape your reality. And when you focus on those feelings and you go out of your way to feel good and to feel free and to create those feelings in your life right now, everything else just happens the way it's supposed to. All right.
Speaker 1:So quick reflection exercise. Ask yourself, right now, where in life do you see these laws in action? These were the law of attraction, law of assumption, law of vibration. Law of attraction Focus brings expansion. Okay, where are you putting a lot of energy? Okay, and then focus on or think about what the byproduct of that is. Law of assumption what you believe about yourself, you attract.
Speaker 1:So if you believe that you are not worthy, if you believe that you are meant to forever be shy, if you think that you could never be a public speaker or that you can't make a lot of money, then if you believe that you're not going to go to events to better yourself, you're not going to read the books that you need to to incur this wisdom and to craft your skill set so that you can shift into this identity. Who already has it all acts as if they, you know, have something to give the world, and that gift that they're given to the world is actually helping the world. So they have to get it out there faster. And so when you, when you really do believe and you believe in your mission, your crusade, then you're able to adopt these laws a lot simpler and just act as if it's all working out. And in doing that is where the momentum is, and with momentum, is where you can really take off, and that's where people talk about quantum leaps and whatnot, but it's all. It's all finite little actions behind the scenes.
Speaker 1:So where in your life do you see these laws in action? For example, when you expect success, you find opportunities. Or when you expect failure, you find things to go wrong. Something always goes wrong, right? When you already have this your mind made up, that is, oh, this isn't going to work out for me, right. Oh, that must be nice for them, and you kind of set yourself up for failure. But then when you go into your day, or you go into you know something, with the mindset that I am going to succeed, I'm going to make this the best I can, this is somehow going to be in my favor.
Speaker 1:You start to notice and you start to pull apart, you dissect life in a more beautiful way. And it's like when you start to notice, based on the laws of attraction, what you focus on expands. So the more beauty you see, the more opportunities that you notice, the more the universe gives that back to you that you notice, the more the universe gives that back to you, and it kind of feels like just this flood whenever you really really get good at noticing when you're in alignment and when you're out of alignment and when your energetics are solid and when they're not solid, it becomes the blueprint for you to you know, really, just adjust as you go so that you can continue acting as if and that's what the person who has it all, that person that you look up to, that you want to be, that you dream about becoming that's all they're doing is. They're just showing up and acting, even if they don't believe it in the beginning. They, you. If you act for long enough, you have this cognitive that you have to think about. Muscle memory, your body starts to remember things and so your mind can also shift, and in doing that, acting as if, you're able to tap into the identity much faster. And so then it's just muscle memory. It's showing up again tomorrow as if you're that person, as if you're making the sales, as if you're changing the world, and then it just becomes a habit. Okay, the takeaway here you're already working with these laws, y'all. You're working with these laws y'all. You're working with these laws consciously or unconsciously, and now it's time to align them with what you truly want.
Speaker 1:Let's chat about energetics and the power of acting as if. What is energetics? I had no idea what this was in the beginning, and then I realized that I am always practicing energetics and that we all are. We just don't realize it. So everything is energy thoughts, emotions, actions all these things emit frequencies. Okay, your reality reflects the energy that you put out. Okay, this is why, when you see someone who is doom and gloom, negative Nancy or a petty Betty, right, when we see these people, it just feels like a dark cloud is following them, right? Do we all know someone like that? Or is it just me? Okay, no, these people, their energy can take up a room. It can either bring the room alive to life or it can drain the room. And so everything is energy thoughts, emotions, actions they all emit frequencies. So your reality reflects the energy that you put out. Okay, the as if principle explained okay, I told you that I. I thought I came up with this, but it turns out a lot of people are adopting this belief and in doing so, they are shifting their entire realities, because they're shifting their self image and the way they see themselves. So when you see yourself a certain way, the world has no choice but to see that way. If you show up long enough so that they get used to that being you. Ok. So this, this is where the energetics comes in.
Speaker 1:Acting as if means showing up today is the version of yourself who already has what you desire. Can you commit to that? Can you commit to today? Let me know in the comments. Can you commit, just for today, to show up as if you've already made it, as if you are already impacting hundreds, thousands, if not millions, of lives? Can you show up as that person today, because that's where the magic happens, that's where change is initiated and then, over time, that compounded energy behind the scenes is orchestrating something so magical for you. So an example if you desire a successful business, behave today as if you are already a confident entrepreneur.
Speaker 1:How would you talk? How would you act? How would you dress? How would you plan? Would you plan content ahead of time? Would you start doing research on where you can host your next event? Would you make an investment in yourself? Would you make an investment in your team? Would you hire a team?
Speaker 1:Start thinking about these things. How are they acting? How are they showing up? Okay, now I'll go and I'm going to show you. Guys, I think I'm going to create a piece of content around this. Tell me if you'd like to see this, I want to do a before and after I want to show you. I want to show you maybe 10 years ago, and then I want to show you five years ago, and then I want to show you the past about year and a half, two years since I started doing identity work. Would you find that valuable? Let me know in the comments, because, yes, physically, my appearance has shifted. I had a baby. I was pregnant, right, so you got to see me really like pretty small, and then you got to see me pregnant and then after that I've been trying to lose baby weight. So in the past six months I've lost a ton of weight, right, he's almost four, by the way, but so.
Speaker 1:But when I started adopting these beliefs, behaviors, when I started acting as the woman I wanted to become the powerhouse, the woman who is booking sold out retreats, who is speaking on stages things started to shift for me, because I realized that things going on behind the scenes were not going to get me the results that I was saying I wanted, and so I had to shift some things. I started acting differently, I started adopting new behaviors, I started practicing emotional intelligence, I started investing in myself. I started putting the screen away and reading books. I started trading the little snacks for a rotisserie chicken right, and I'll just snack on a rotisserie chicken. But I did things. I adjusted my habits, my behaviors, my thoughts, which now, over time, turned to beliefs. So I shift thoughts and then I shift to beliefs. And in doing all these things mind, body, spirit and focusing on creating alignment within the mind, body and spirit, in your energy field, it doesn't matter what you do. It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter your business, it doesn't matter what you want to do with your life. You will excel because the person who has it all already acts as if they have it all, and that brings in the law of detachment which we learn about in the freedom frequency.
Speaker 1:Okay, so a little mini exercise. Let's do this real quick. What would ask yourself this? What would my ideal self do today? Okay, your highest self. Imagine yourself for a second not having to check the bank account, doing what you love, living a life you love wherever you love. Maybe you want a nomad lifestyle, maybe you want, maybe you want a farm.
Speaker 1:Think about like the end, the end goal of your life. Who do you want to be? Where do you want to be? Who do you want to be with? What do you want to be doing? And sit with that for a second. Okay, a lot of us. It feels so far off in the distance, it feels like it's up on this pedestal right, and we keep it so far away. But bring it back down. Bring it down in front of you and look, look, poke, smell, whatever you gotta do. What does that life look like? That version, version of you?
Speaker 1:And then, once you have that imagery in your mind, ask yourself that question again what would my ideal self do today? The version of me who has it all, who's doing this damn thing, who is so proud of who she is, who he is, the way that they are contributing to the world and giving back to the world. Okay, what are they doing today? And then write down one action that aligns with that version of you. So, for instance, if your dream is to host a top 5% podcast 5% podcast but you haven't started the podcast, maybe today you come up with the name of the podcast. Maybe today you start planning your first episode. If you want to start a coaching business but you have no idea where to start, maybe today you do a little research, or maybe today you figure out what you want to coach in. But what is the person? What is the person doing? What is that ideal person doing? And then you're going to write down one action or one thought that aligns with that version of you.

Okay, I love, I love hearing visions, I love hearing what people imagine for themselves, because I'm such a dreamer and I'm so glad that I'm such a dreamer, because what I have right now used to be a dream and now that I'm here, I want more and I want bigger and I want a bigger impact and I want, I want. You're always going to want more and I think that's okay. I think it's as long as you're grateful for what you have and you don't take it for granted and you're changing the world and you're giving back. It's okay to want more because this human experience is fun. It's just fun. There's a lot of fun stuff to do, a lot of fun things to buy, a lot of fun things to experience, right, but where I'm at today little Jacqueline that was left alone and neglected and just escaped reality, thinking about how, when I'm a mom one day, I'm going to do things differently. I thought about my life one day and I never thought that I would have what I have now. And it's easy. It's easy to get caught up. It's easy to get caught up in the mundane and to get caught up in the motions and not be grateful for what you already have, right. But what would your ideal self do? It's okay to dream, dream, dream, dream, dream. And then let me know what comes through in the comments.
Speaker 1:Okay, some actionable steps to shift your self image. Let's go through them. Steps to shift your self-image. Let's go through them. Identify your current self versus your future self. This could be found through meditation. It could be found through journaling. It could just be a conversation between two friends where you're shooting the shit. Do you remember when we were little and we thought we were going to do this when we grew up? Do you have the conversation? Dream a little bit, but your current self versus your future self. So who is that future self? What is? What is this person wearing? What are they doing? How are they contributing to the world? Right? So this is where you dare to dream a little bit. This is where you allow the delusion to come in. Okay, I still think and tell myself I'm going to have a six pack of abs. Okay, you're not going to convince me. I can't, because in my mind it's possible. My imagination's that strong. Okay, so I'm going to act as if and I'm and I'm. But it's. Who is that person? Who are they? And it's, from here on out, giving yourself permission to practice becoming that person. So a good journal prompt for this would be who am I today and who do I want to become? Who am I today and who do I want to become?
Speaker 1:I used to not be able to stand in front of my classroom and present a project. I was a straight A student, but I would take however many letter grades necessary to not have to go up and perform, to stand and speak to people about something that I could just read off of the board. But I didn't want to be that person. So I started practicing. I just had an interview the other day and they said oh, what's your speaking experience? Tell me about the events. And I was like I've spoken in one rehab. I did that for free. The hugs were my payment. But outside of that, I have stood in a fucking mirror and practiced. I've gotten so good at what I do because I'm just so convinced it's meant for me, and I will continue to act as if, and over time, the world follows suit. Speaker 1:And then I have a little tip for you Identify today one habit or belief that you can release so that you can make room for a new habit, okay, or a new belief? Okay, or a new belief. So what is currently crowding your energetic field and taking up too much space in your mind that you can let go so that you can make room for something that you can put your energy towards, and it will give you a return on your investment. You can use affirmations daily. I actually have some free affirmation cards. They're called no Bullshit Affirmation Cards. If you want those, you can just type cards in the comments or you can head over to the link in my bio and you can get those for free.
Speaker 1:But you can use affirmationsations. Affirmations work when you believe them. That's what's important. So sometimes this is just the way we phrase things, so that your mind, your subconscious, can say oh yeah, that makes sense and over time, that's how you build your belief system. Thoughts on repeat equal your beliefs. Thoughts on repeat over time, equal your beliefs. I think that's a better way to say that. Does that make sense? So identify that one habit or belief to release and then make room for the one new habit or belief that you can adopt today.
Speaker 1:All right, we already said that I was talking about the affirmations. So speak to yourself, speak to your future self. Right, I am a successful business owner. And if that feels like bullshit? So I'm going to give you a really great example, actually. So, for instance, a big one what's a big one? I am a millionaire, right. And your brain goes yeah, you're a millionaire bitch, you were just in the red. Or you have a shopping addiction, you're not a millionaire. Or you got to pay rent, you're not like whatever comes to your mind, right, but we can arrange this too. Yeah, okay, I'm not a millionaire, but I know how to make money. I am always capable of making money. My ideas are worth money, right. So affirmations help, but make sure that they are empowering you and that they don't feel like they are belittling you, because your energy matters.
Speaker 1:Remember the law of vibration? We talked about that at the beginning. Matching your frequency to your desires brings them into reality. So it's important that you believe the shit you're saying, embodying as if. You have to have the perfect combination of delusion and imagination, but also detachment, so like, you've got to be delusional enough to to dream of the possibilities of of your dream, of your dream business, of your dream clients, right, but then we have to also be able to have this mix of detachment, okay, so you're allowed to dream, of course, but also where the acting as if is going to require detachment. Speaker 1:Um, so where was I at? Oh, we were talking about how affirmations are great, but you know, you have to believe it on a subconscious level for it to work, and that's how hypnosis works too. Um, so replace your limiting thoughts with empowering ones. We just kind of touched base on that already. All right, so you can take small aligned actions every day. Mel Robbins gave such a great example in one of her talks and she said so imagine you know you want to start a restaurant. That is so overwhelming to think about that you might. You may never get started. But if you were to take a small aligned action so today? Well, yeah, I want to start a restaurant, but I have no idea where to begin. So it could be as simple as Googling how to open or how to start a restaurant. That could be your aligned action of the day. Right Is how to start a restaurant. You're not starting the restaurant in a day, but you're taking one aligned action to move you closer to that. That's acting as if okay, so um, for example, send that email, post the content or introduce yourself as the version of you who already has achieved the dream. This is a good exercise for you Next time you go to a networking event, if you are I know we have a womb wellness mentor on here, so.
Speaker 1:But if you're a coach, coaches get really tripped up and before you'll admit you're a coach, you feel like you have to have the metrics, the data. You'll admit you're a coach. You feel like you have to have the metrics, the data to prove that you're a coach. You have to have clients. You have to have the sales. We get caught up in the numbers, right, but there's nothing. There's nothing stopping you from going out today and introducing yourself. Hi, I'm Jacqueline, so nice to meet you. Oh, what do you? What do I do? I'm a life coach. I'm a business coach. For me, I'm a personal evolution mentor. Nobody knows what the fuck that is until they hear it and they're like oh wait, that makes sense, right? So it's adopting this version of you before you're ready. It's doing it scared, it's failing forward. It's seeing failure as opportunity for growth. It's fucking up and using that as feedback.
Speaker 1:Momentum builds confidence. Confidence is not something you're born with, my love, it's just not. We all come out of the womb completely defenseless, innocent, needing people to help us survive, right? So to think that you're just going to have it all figured out and see success overnight and be this person overnight, no, confidence is a practice. Confidence is a skill set. So get busy practicing.
Speaker 1:Okay, because when you build momentum, you'll start to see the evidence. People will start voting on your polls, people will start responding to your messages, people will start to say, man, you really get me, and you'll start making an impact because you built momentum. So that confidence what does it do? Puts out another rush of energy and people gravitate towards that because you're showing up in your authenticity and you're showing up as if it's working anyway, as if I'm changing the world anyway because you are. And the only way it won't work is if you don't work, is if you quit, is if you quit acting as if it's meant for you, as if you quit acting as if this passion, this desire laid on your heart isn't possible for you to achieve, isn't possible for you to achieve. So hold on to that momentum, hold on to that confidence and amplify that every chance you get and momentum. Again, it's built. It's built behind the scenes, it's built with the needle movers, it's built with the you leaving. I love you. You look nice, by the way. Oh, I do too, thank you, um, um, it's, it's the needle movers, it's the, the income producing activities, not the busy work.
Speaker 1:Okay, how do you anchor into the high frequency emotions so that you can benefit from the laws of the universe? You want to generate the feelings? Feelings equal feedback, and feelings create frequencies.
Speaker 1:Okay, so, really take, take a little inventory right quick. How am I feeling? And then look what is my environment like? Who am I around? What am I putting into my mind, body, how am I treating my spirit? And you'll start to notice. You'll start to notice that your reality is reflecting your inner state, that it is based on whether or not you are feeling good or feeling bad, feeling stressed, feeling overwhelmed. So how does the person operate who is living with inner peace, with this, just this life feels good, business feels good. I'm in alignment. What are they doing differently that maybe you're not doing right now? How are they making themselves feel a little bit better and respecting, honoring their energy, respecting it, honoring it and nurturing it? So let's tie this all together.
