All right, let's move on to today's embodiment exercise, a guided meditation where you get to go on the ultimate shopping spree, aligned with high cash energetics. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it out slowly. Do this two or three times more just to get into a relaxed state of mind, give your brain some oxygen and release all of the stale breath from your lungs and through your lungs and through your nose and through your nose One more time. Now I want you to imagine walking into your favorite store or shopping district. There's no limit to what you can buy, no stress about price tags, and go ahead and say fuck it to checking your bank account. You don't need to. You have more than enough, and always more than enough. You feel completely free in this moment. You pick whatever catches your eye Clothes, shoes, home decor or even gifts for people you love. You know you have more than enough. In fact, you start buying extra just because you can, just because you can. Maybe you even pay for the person behind you or donate to a cause that's close to your heart. Well, because this is just what you do. You do this for fun. It's expected. This is your life. Fuck, it feels good. There's so much abundance flowing that you get to give and share. You've wanted to be able to give and share for so long and you've done it. Now, as you're shopping, notice how this freedom feels in your body no pressure, no limitations. You're in full alignment with abundance. You can probably even feel the hair stand up on your arms right about now, maybe on the back of your neck, because you can taste it. It's so close.
Speaker 1:It's been hard to admit up until this point that you want all this abundance so that you can bless everyone around you, because, truthfully, maybe it's not even for you, but you've always wanted to feel free and limitless. You've always wanted to be able to take your family at the drop of a hat wherever their hearts desire. You've always wanted to not have to check the bank account and to make money doing what you love, getting paid to exist, knowing that you and everyone you love will never go without again. Anchor in that feeling and shop. See the smiles on the faces around you. Feel the joy in your heart that overcomes you when you see a light go off in a person's eye because of what abundance you just blessed them with.
Speaker 1:Again, no pressure, no limitations. You're in full alignment with abundance. It's not just physical things you're purchasing. Maybe your mind goes to experiences a luxury vacation, first class flights, or even investing in someone else's dream, someone else's future. Take a moment to just breathe this feeling in, feeling in you're fully supported, fully abundant, and money flows to you effortlessly and easily. Imagine that anything you want to buy or experience is already yours. Anchor in that feeling and, when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and bring that energy into your heart and carry it with you for the rest of the day.
