Hey, jacqueline Cotton here, the host of Just Women Talking Shit. We are going to be recording episode 85, identity Work Wanting. We have to shift our wanting to becoming what do we call this title? All right, so this is going to be episode 85 of Just Women Talking Shit Shifting from Wanting to being. This is the continuation of our last episode talking about the fundamentals and the foundations of identity work. What is identity work? We gave some examples on how identity work affects us, how our identity overall really can propel us or hold us back. We talked a lot about labels. So if you want to hear about identity work and kind of the basics, I would recommend that you go and you listen to episode 84 of Just Women Talking Shit, and you can do that wherever you listen to your podcast. Okay, we're good to go, all right. So let's dive right in. First off, I want to mention a few things. My current kick is Junior Myths. I really love these. They're not sponsoring anything, but, but I mean you could, y'all, could, y'all could sponsor me, just saying I love me. Some Junior Mints Do want to mention that my book is out Spiritual Awakenings, volume 2.
Speaker 1:I am the last story in this book. Okay, um, and you can buy this on Amazon and I can give you the link to that. You can, um, just comment book and I'll send you the link. But this is a collaborative book, so you're going to get to hear other women's stories as well about their spiritual awakenings. And I think that hearing about spiritual awakenings and kind of submerging yourself into, um, other people's stories as well about their spiritual awakenings, and I think that hearing about spiritual awakenings and kind of submerging yourself into other people's stories, I think it can be very, very liberating because you don't feel alone. You realize that, okay, there are lots of people out there that have had fucked up lives and they came out okay. So this book will hopefully open up or unlock something within you. But it was such an honor to be able to get to write in this book and so if you want to buy it, let me know.
Speaker 1:Then I wanted to show you what I'm reading this week. It is called Watch Me Disappear so fucking good, hi, beautiful, and it is by Janelle Brown. So good, so good, got beautiful, and it is by Janelle Brown. So good, so good, got a little bit supernatural, got a little bit of like visions, and then there's suspense. Don't know if the mom died or she ran away or she, we don't know. So, really, really good so far.
Speaker 1:I wanted to tell y'all about this new product or this new brand that reached out to me and they sent me some gifts and so far I'm loving them. They're called mota magic and if you want to check out any other products, they are um cbd infused. This is my favorite product that I've had so far from them. It is a facial oil and, oh my god, I've been using it. This is day two and my skin is already like I'm just in love with it. I have like really dry skin around my nose and stuff, and so it gets like really flaky. And this shirt right here first off, it smells good. Um, the ingredients are like top of the line, but also female owned and it's a small business. So y'all know I'm about that.
Speaker 1:They sent me a bath bomb too, super excited to try this one and a shower shamer, shower steamer, um, and that's in the bathroom. I plan on using that later, pretty excited, uh, and then, what else, what else, what else? Yeah, just now, I think that's about it. Um, oh, plan on using that later, pretty excited. And then, what else? What else? What else? Yeah, just now, I think that's about it. Oh, and then we got the 99 cent. What's it called? Y'all? High Cash Energetics Manifesting Money Challenge. We started this September 23rd. We've already got quite a few people in there. I'm really freaking excited about this.
Speaker 1:What you can expect from this is you can learn the ins and outs of energetics. I'm going to teach you about energy so that you can recognize everything in your life as energy, follow the energy and then magnetize energy to yourself and what that looks like. The forms of energy that will come to you. They're usually like aligned invitations. Maybe you start making new friends, maybe you start getting asked to go places, maybe you start getting refunds, or people come out of the woodworks paying you back Aligned invitations. As far as work and opportunities, I've seen people get new jobs out of nowhere or like jobs that they weren't quite qualified for, and so they're making a lot more money.
Speaker 1:Last round, that came in the form of logging into. Someone logged into her phone account to pay it, and we had just started this challenge and she wasn't entirely sure she could pay all of it. But when she went in there, not only did she not owe, but it was negative 347 dollars, I think, and so she didn't have to pay her phone bill like for months. Um, and then it just comes, like in random gifts. Uh, one client, she manifested ten thousand dollars and it was in the form of a gift that she did not have to pay back and it went all towards her debt. So crazy shit happens. I'm really excited to see what happens this time. Me myself. I manifested like 6k. I was like what the fuck? But in the first 72 hours we manifested 16,000 and it was either 300 or 500 I I cannot quite remember but it was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun.
Speaker 1:So if you want to get in on that, all you got to do is comment energetics Many chat will send you a link, you sign up and then you'll get a welcome email with the link to join the channel and you're in, all right. So, outside of that, we've got um, the retreat is coming up next year and I want to talk a little bit about that. I talked about it last week, I think too, but I really feel that God has been preparing me for this solo expedition my retreat partner that I've done the retreat with for the past two years, decided that she no longer wants to do retreat together and that she wants to focus on her own endeavors. And so what this means? It's actually a good thing. I'm so excited for her to go focus on her own stuff, but what it means for me is I can charge less because I don't have to pay another person, which means that you all can afford it a lot easier this next year.
Speaker 1:I'm taking deposits right now. It's going to be first come, first serve. It's most likely looking like we are going to be in North Carolina where I'm going to rent a whole plot of land and we're going to reserve all the cabins and most likely, the lodge and there's a pond on it. I don't want to get y'all too excited, but if this is the place that we wind up y'all you're going to, it's fucking amazing. It's so beautiful there, and if you're curious what this place looks like, go to my profile on my feed, look at my reels and find the video of me rolling down a hill. That's got like 120 something thousand views. Watch that video and you will see how fucking gorgeous this property is, and I'm telling you it's just like the bee's knees. So if you want to get on the retreat waitlist. If you're not on that waitlist yet, I will be releasing some details soon. But you want to comment retreat down below and I'll send you details on that. So, yeah, I think that is all of our introduction on that. So yeah, I think that is all of our introduction.
Speaker 1:Now, today, we're going to be talking about becoming the person who receives your manifestations, your dream life, your dream partner, your dream income, all the things right, and I think that whenever it comes to manifesting a dream life and manifesting in general hot topic right Everybody wants to talk about manifest, manifest, manifest. Are y'all noticing this? That everybody wants to talk about manifesting in general hot topic, right, everybody wants to talk about manifest, manifest, manifest. Are y'all noticing this? That everybody wants to talk about manifesting and the power of manifesting and energy and all that stuff. It seems to be very buzzy lately, but a lot of people focus on the manifestations, right, and I see a lot of focus on, like, the affirmations and the journaling and the techniques and stuff and focusing on, like, the actual receiving of the things.
Speaker 1:And this episode is not going to be talking about all that. What it's going to be talking about is actually becoming the person who has those things, because that's the trick. That's the trick really is learning how to become the person who has the things, because then you can always get the things and you can always attract the things and you will never go without, you will always live forever, abundantly Right. And so when we talk about manifesting, I don't think people really realize the importance of identity work, and so that's why I love talking about identity work and that's why I really love helping women, especially with embodiment. Embodiment work is so important whenever it comes to manifesting and whenever it comes to knocking out those goals, building that company, building that legacy, identity work is fundamentally the most important part because it leads to embodiment and the energetics of the person who has all those things, who builds the big company, who in my last live that did not save because my phone died. But I was talking about how, like, for whatever reason, what was coming through was I'm walking on a fucking yacht, on a catwalk on my yacht. Don't know why the yacht is that big to have a catwalk, but there's a catwalk and we're all there hanging out. But I was telling people that.
Speaker 1:You know, for some of us, like the journaling and the affirmations do not work. We don't feel it in our bodies, we're just like, oh my God, that kind of sounds like bullshit, because it's really easy to when your body I mean when your mind operates on feeling. A lot of people think that if we logically lay everything out, that that is all going to make sense. But your ego, your subconscious, the neural pathways that have been wired in your brain are very feeling based and that's why when something sounds scary or uncomfortable, your brain goes whoa, back, the fuck off, let's go get back in bed, right? So what's really important is like the transformation, like what we're doing to get the manifestations, and that's where the magic is. That's where the true transformation exists, that's where we facilitate the manifestations, that's where we can hold on to the manifestations or we can make a lot of mistakes and just continue to learn. So we either experience entanglement or we experience like this ever continuing flow. Once we learn how to do the identity work and hold onto the energetics and actually, you know, embody an energy, a persona, their belief system, their habit loops, etc. That's what is going to create the most abundance, because that's where you find authenticity.
Speaker 1:Is this making sense or am? I just sound like a total fucking nerd right now. Probably the latter, I'm sure. But I get really really pumped up about this because, as a girl who was the really fucking weird girl sitting in the corner of the classroom that like just nobody really paid attention to or maybe they didn't notice I was really shy, but you know what did not help me not to be didn't notice. Um, I was really shy, but you know what did not help me not to be shy is always hearing how shy I was.
Speaker 1:So, as someone who you know, I feel like I was labeled very early on Um, and when you label a child, they really do believe that that's who they are because, again, feeling based brain Right. And so, as someone who didn't want to be told who I was, I didn't want to be told who I was, I hated being told who I was. I wanted to figure out, like, how to become um, pretty much the opposite of what I'd been told I was. And that's where the identity work came in and that's where I find such huge transformations and my clients find such huge transformations because all of a sudden, you shift. You know you shift from this place of wanting to becoming, and that's what I want you to take away from this is that in order to have the dream life, you've got to quit, you know, with this whole talk and the talk and you've got to start walking the walk.
Speaker 1:Ok, if you want something, go fucking get it. Find a way to get it. The person who has it all has it all. Because they did not roll over easily. They did not let you know a no or a million no's keep them from living their divine purposes. They did not give up Because when you are concrete in your energetics, when you're concrete in your identity, you are unfuckwithable. Okay, nobody can fuck with you. And this is this is energetics, this is embodiment, this is embodying the frequency of your desires. And if you want, like a I call them like cheat codes, to be able to do that, comment frequencies down below and I have a completely free guide that will teach you how to use your feelings as feedback to manifest your dream life and all the things that that person has that embody or make up the dream life we're talking about things and materialistic and all whatever experiences and come manifest it to you faster through this guide, if you want that I got to do is comment frequencies, and I think my little bot should just send it right over, but if it doesn't, then I will send it to you myself.
Speaker 1:But so many people don't realize that it's a matter of becoming. It's not a matter of wanting anymore. It's a matter of, like walking a walk in the shoes, you know. Walk a mile in their shoes. Do the things they're doing. Talk to yourself the way they talk to themselves. Put yourself in situations that they put themselves in. Get in the rooms that they're getting in. Put in in situations that they put themselves in. Get in the rooms that they're getting in. Put in your brain, in your body, the things that they're putting in.
Speaker 1:Okay, that sounded a little weird. You know what I'm saying, though. Like nutrition, working out, going for the walk, reading the book instead of watching TV, in the book instead of watching TV, doing the things that may not sound fun, but really do contribute to your overall success. So you must become the person who has this life in order to receive this life, to receive these manifestations, and that's why identity work is so important. All right, so let's talk about neuroscience and where. Why neuroscience is is important whenever it comes to identity work.
Speaker 1:Okay, the brain, your brain, is wired through repetition. Okay, so your belief, the things you believe about yourself, the things you believe about life, the things you believe about money, relationships, um, a lot of the things that have molded you to be who you are now, that happened when you were younger, happened over and over and over and over again. Right, and so understanding this on a scientific level and knowing that neural pathways are created through repetition, um, and knowing just the, the basics and the fundamentals of something called neuroplasticity, your brain, your, your brain, your brain is. It has plasticity, meaning that, think about it like a rubber band. It can stretch, it can. So we are able to modify the neural pathways, and in order to do that, it is a series over time of repetitive tasks. And so what that means is that you can form new habits, you can form new behaviors, you can form new beliefs. Right, you can essentially rewire your brain for success.
Speaker 1:If other people's opinions were removed, if they didn't have a say so in how you turned out, if the labels hadn't been pressed on you at an early age and you and your fragile psyche hadn't absorbed it and believed it and heard it for so many years, it would be like. You get to version of yourself, the one without, without um, any influence, right, like who would you be? I like to think about it If I were to, like, grow up in the wild. You know, like, if I were to grow up in the wild, uh, without society, without societal pressure, without TV, without any um accessibility to being programmed, and I was like living off the land and just in my truest form, who would I be Right? So, think about it like that, like a more primal way, like who would you be? It's fun to play with that. It's fun to play with the idea of, okay, yeah, who the fuck would I be Right? And that's where identity work is fun because, like, a lot of us are not admitting who we want to be, who we want to become, because there's like guilt.
Speaker 1:Maybe there is this, maybe there is this fear of success, maybe and maybe and this is I realized this recently for myself that I've been blocking success for such a long time because I'm worried that everyone in like my, in my family, is going to think that I'm better than them or something, or they're going to feel like, why her? But the truth of the matter is, why not me? I've worked really hard to get where I am right. I deserve abundance, I deserve success, I deserve to be fully booked. Why the fuck not? I deserve to have a million dollars. I'm worthy. And that's where we get fucked up is we think that we have to do something to deserve abundance. But really it's a birthright. So you don't. And I say worthy because to imply that we have to do something, saying deserve means we have to do something to deserve happiness, to deserve abundance, like, I'm pretty sure that's a birthright, you know. So I like to differentiate that word and why I use it so, and understand neuroscience.
Speaker 1:So the brain is wired through repetition. You can reprogram it to form a new identity. Repetition creates new neural pathways which over time become your new habits, beliefs and ultimately your new identity. So let's talk about becoming the person who receives your dream life. To manifest the life you want, you must become the person who can attract and live that reality.
Speaker 1:So a lot of us think you know, I want to be a millionaire. I want to be a millionaire. What comes with that millionaire? What comes with that million dollars? Does that million dollars come with strings? Does that million dollars come with a hundred clients? Can we hold those hundred clients? Can we hold that amount of success going from zero dollars to a million dollars and being fully booked, can we? So it's really important that you understand that it's a process of not wanting, but it's a process of becoming the person who receives the manifestations, who receives the dream life, who receives the clients, who receives the butt loads of money okay. Who receives the dream life, who receives the clients, who receives the butt loads of money okay. Who receives the yacht with the catwalk okay. Can you? Could you? If it were to happen, if it was to be land in your lap tonight, could you even manage it? So that's why the process of identity work is so important, because you must become the person who can hold on, who can hold the space for all of this success.
Speaker 1:This comes in in lifestyle changes. It comes in forming, you know, an ever evolving mindset, in continuously learning, continuously learning. It comes with always knowing that in some form, way or fashion, whether it be time, money or resources, you're investing in yourself and ever growing your mind and expanding right. It comes with a whole person, a whole person's beliefs, a whole person's behaviors, habits, sacrifices. Whole person's behaviors, habits, sacrifices. So we must shift. Shift your focus from wanting to being.
Speaker 1:Some examples of identity work dressing the part, dress the part. Start dressing like the person that you want to be, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. Okay, so, um, I think back to when I started selling life insurance. I had hardly any money but I had to get new clothes and so I went to the thrift store and I bought myself some pencil skirts and I bought myself a blazer. Nobody knew that that shit was about two dollars and 50 cents. Nobody knew that. Because I showed up and I dressed the part and I showed up with confidence and I learned all the scripts and I just fucking pretend it. I like faked it till I made it right. Fake it till you make it. They say that is kind of the premise of identity work. But we do it right. Fake it till you make it. They say that is kind of the premise of identity work, but we do it in a way that it sticks. It doesn't feel like complete bullshit.
Speaker 1:I have what I call reach around. I have hooks, I got some tricks up my sleeve, but ultimately that's how I got started with my identity work was getting tired of being labeled and put in a box. I wanted to be who the fuck I wanted to be, and I didn't know who that was at first. But through a lot of humility, through a lot of trial and error, a lot of mistakes, a lot of poor investments, a lot of failed relationships business, platonic and romantic I've learned. I've learned my preferences, what I like. I've learned my boundaries. I've learned what I'll put up with. I'll learn what I will not put up with. I know my non-negotiables. I know now that I really, at the core, am a healthy fucking person. I'm a health conscious person who likes to smoke weed and I gotta, I gotta balance it out somehow, and so I kill it in the gym and I take care of my nutrition so that I am. I'm balancing stuff out Right. Um, I've figured out things that I like. You know I like more homeopathic regimens. Um, I you know I like more homeopathic regimens. I just know who I am at this point and I know that I'll discover more about myself.
Speaker 1:And that's the beauty of identity work. It's a lifetime of work. So dress in the part. Even if it feels uncomfortable at first, you, if you do long enough, it will. It will start to feel normal. You know you start a new job or think about when you first move into a house it feels weird. You're like this does not feel like my place, it does not feel homey, it just feels like you know it's going to. Like it feels great to be in a new house but at first it's still unfamiliar and you're like looking around the corner and like learning the sounds of the house and you know like, and then you settle into the house and it's the same. It's the same with identity. Like you, as you become this person by being that person, you become that person and it feels weird at.
Speaker 1:But it's also liberating as fuck to take control and take charge and get the life and the things, whether they're material things, whether it's money, whether it's love. It's nice, it's nice to say you know what I get, what the fuck I want out of life, and I can always do that because I'm so anchored and who I am, my authenticity and what I stand for. It's a good fucking feeling and it's quite the skill set to obtain and I want that for everybody because it's it's powerful. It's a powerful fucking thing to know who you are to own, who you are to own who you are and to not let people walk all over you. You get what you want out of life.
Speaker 1:And I heard this and I think it was working moms, the, um, the Asian American, her mom was like a boss bitch at a magazine and it was like I want to say like back in the seventies or something so, and it was like I want to say like back in the 70s or something so, um, she was undermined and I mean you know the whole racial uh thing. And I just remember her standing in her power and her, her little girl, said mom, why are you so mean? Because she was an ultimate. She was like take it and redo it and pretty much fuck you and and little. Now, I'm not saying that we should like trample people to get what we want, but I just remember her asking her mom and the mom said you can be nice or you can get what you want out of life. And it stuck with me Like so many of us are so nice and get walked all over and think that somebody is going to show up and rescue us and and do what we want, um, and what we do for others and they'll do it for us and and we'll finally, you know, be reciprocated with the effort that we put out there.
Speaker 1:But, um, ultimately it's up to us. It's up to us to to get what we want, to set the boundaries, to make the money, to find fulfillment. Nobody else can do that for us and something about that little. You can be nice or get what you want. I don't know. Let's talk with me, because I've always been the nice girl. I've always finished last. You know what I mean. And I was like, no, no, I want my cake and I want to eat that shit too. So identity work can help you with that. It can help you find confidence. It can help you make more money. It can help you land your dream partner. It can help you, um, get the body that you desire. It can help you, um, excel in your workplace. There's like so much that can come of identity work and shifting into a new identity, a higher identity, a more worthy identity. It's fucking life changing. I mean just people who have known me since grade school. They don't recognize me now, I promise you, they don't recognize me now, and I know that because, oh, this is so cool. This is coming full circle.
Speaker 1:There is a girl who I looked up to so much in high school when I lit, when I went to high school in Mississippi, I graduated in Pennsylvania and I went, and I went to school between New York and Pennsylvania, um, my last year's a high school. So I graduated in Pennsylvania. But in high school, went like a ninth, 10th grade, there was this girl named Maverick and she was she still is so beautiful and I just idolized her and Maverick. If you're watching I you didn't even notice me in the coffee house the other day, so I guess this doesn't matter. But when, when we went to school together, she was just I knew she was like the talk of the talk of the school because she had moved, I think, from New York and she was a model at a young age. So, like in high school, it was a big deal. She wound up like being Miss Mississippi or something I don't know. She was doing all these pageants and stuff, um, and anyway, I remember wanting to be her friend. I was too shy and she got popular really fast. I was not popular, um, and so what happened was, um, we never did really become friends, but I saw her now.
Speaker 1:Okay, so I need to backtrack a little bit. I lived in Dixie, mississippi, and we went to Brooke school and what was called Brooklyn, mississippi Forest County agriculture high school. Yeah, country is fuck, I know. Anyway. So that is about two hours from where I'm at now and I guess she lives here now or around here. But she was in the coffee house where I work and I was just sitting here like a little dork, like I am. I was like hey, sitting doing my work and she, she walked in and I thought she recognized me. She didn't recognize me. So I've went most my life just like being the fly on the wall and but it was kind of cool to to see that maybe she didn't okay, she probably didn't recognize me because she, she's much cooler than me. But also, but also, um, I was just changed so much, changed so much that maybe I like some of them, maybe she didn't recognize me because I shapeshifted, you know, I'm like a whole new person because I do that identity work, maybe that's it. But I'm just gonna keep telling myself that.
Speaker 1:But so, dressing the part, it's important that you form new habits, right. So practice small habits daily, like maybe waking up a little early, a little bit earlier, meditating, going for a walk, exercising If exercising seems like a stretch. Just dedicate yourself to one week of saying, okay, I'm going to walk 10 minutes a day, just start small, it doesn't have to be big. Okay, I'm going to walk 10 minutes a day, just start small, it doesn't have to be big. Okay, the becoming the person who has your dream life, who's making all the money, who's doing all the things, who's writing you know, 20, 30, $40,000 checks, um to charity of the month, like who is helping their um, mom or dad, pay hospital bills in full or pay houses off when someone needs help. Like that person is, they are doing things that you've never done. They are doing things you've never done, which is why you've not become that person yet. So we must do things we've never done in order to become the person that we've never been. Okay, so it's going to come down to the habits, and that's why neuroscience is so important. And knowing that your brain blank, your brain is neuro, I mean, has plasticity and and understanding neuroplasticity comes with the power of repetition, sure, but that's where you know those habits, when the habits stick, that's how you evolve, okay.
Speaker 1:So, uh, all right, you want to immerse yourself in new environments? Okay, put yourself in rooms and situations where your future self would thrive. It may be scary, maybe uncomfortable. Do it anyway. Do it anyway. And if you're struggling with getting out of your comfort zone, I highly recommend the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Okay, the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. If you want me to send you the link, I can. But you've just got to get in the habit of not even allowing yourself to second guess. You just got to go. Five, four, three, two, one, get up and go. Ok, if you're not going to want to leave the comfortable bed to go for a walk, you're not going to want to put the potato chips away and trade it out for broccoli. But dude, anyway, what is the person who has the things doing? What are they eating? How are they treating their bodies? What are their non-negotiables? What are the boundaries like? Choose your hard.
Speaker 1:This one, this one was something I needed to hear for such a long time and it didn't quite click until I started to choose my heart. I could sit and talk about doing all the things and coming up with the money and starting the business, or I could take the resources that I have, the knowledge I have, the resources I have. Do the best I can with those right now and start building the savings account to hire the coach. So in the beginning all I had was time to invest. I didn't have money. I remember selling my personal belongings day in and day out. If my baby was not fitting into something, I sold it the next day to put food on the table to support my entrepreneurial habit.
Speaker 1:The most expensive habit is being an entrepreneur. You fail a lot, you make a lot of mistakes. You make a lot of bad investments before you figure shit out. So you have to choose your hard. I could choose to stay small-minded and continue to say I can't afford it, I can't afford it, I can't afford it, and continue to stay broke and continue to say sad and feeling bad about that. Or I could say I'm tired of not affording it. I'm going to make some sacrifices, I'm going to start saving, I'm going to figure out a way to attract money and it turns out the best way to attract money is to do something that you love and that you're good at. People will pay you for it if you're good at it, if you're passionate about it. Follow that energy and sell that service, sell that, um, that art, sell that skill set, right?
Speaker 1:Yes, so the chronic confession says if you can be grateful for things before they come, the universe brings those things into your life to make them a reality. Yeah, um, and to go a little bit deeper on that, the reason that works and we're going to learn about this in the 99 cent high cash energetics manifesting money challenge it starts on September 23rd Again, 99 cents. Gal got nothing to lose and everything to gain. But to elaborate on what she's saying, the reason that works is because if you can trust and be grateful that what is meant for you is meant for you and what is not meant for you is not meant for you, and you can practice detachment. And what I mean by detachment is you're good with or without it, right? I know I'm so excited, oh, my god, I'm so excited for everybody that's already signed up. It's going to be so much freaking fun, uh, but I'm so excited, um, oh. And if you want to chime, if you want to hop in, y'all, all you gotta do is write the word energetics in this live and it should trigger many chat to send you the signup link and you're not going to regret it. It's oh, oh, it's so good. Last round was so freaking good, um, but, yeah, choose, choose in your heart so for like, like she was saying, being grateful for it.
Speaker 1:The reason that that tends to work is because of the laws of the universe. Okay, a lot of us don't know about the laws of the universe and I'm going to teach you all about those in um in the challenge, but part of that is relinquishing control, so that gratitude is a frequency and the things that are meant for you operate at a frequency, and so what happens is it's when you can detach and you can follow the energy of you, meaning what makes you happy, trusting that it's on its way, knowing that it's going to show up the way it's supposed to show up, um, and just being grateful for all you already have. It sends out this, and this is you have to play mind games with yourself. People, I use my hands a lot so that you can see the illustration of the things I'm thinking and how I see them in my brain. But when you operate from that place of gratitude of you, know I want this, this and, and just being OK with I want it because I want it. That desire is on my heart, I know I'm worthy of it and then releasing it to God and allowing the universe to do what it does, because it's going to do what it does. It always does what it does, and once you learn about the laws of the universe, you'll be like it triggers you a little bit because you're like, well, fuck, this all makes sense, and it makes sense why my life's been shit or why I haven't been making money or why I keep getting fucked over, because the laws of the universe don't lie. But by relinquishing that control and just accepting that you know it'll get here, it does get there, but it's never how you thought. It usually doesn't show up the way that you wanted it to. We tend to, as humans, want to control the outcome or how fast it gets there.
Speaker 1:Right, and yes, ma'am, all about divine timing, and so this really taps into your relationship with time. Your relationship with time and the work that you do with identity. Work is so fucking incredible. It really is changing things for me. It's soothing my anxiety, it is allowing me to be more productive, I'm getting more done with my work. I feel like I collapsed the timeline. And so divine timing.
Speaker 1:The reason things feel like such divine timing is because you finally let go of that, that part of your brain that says, okay, I've got to control it. And in the identity, work is where you have to. You have to relinquish control. You have to have faith and trust, because the person who has the life you want the relationships you want. Because the person who has the life, you want the relationships, you want the income, you want the things materialistic thing, the funds to be able to build tiny houses or start a nonprofit, or write that big check to someone you love and say, don't worry about it, or maybe it's just a surprise, like that's. One thing I really want to do is I want to have so much money and I just want to go out and bless people and they never fucking know who I am. Like, oh, that's, like that's a turn on for me, right there, no, and I could bless people and them just feel like as an angel, you know, like divine timing. That is such a dream of mine.
Speaker 1:But forgot what I was saying. Okay so let's just hop into breaking old habits and building new ones. Okay, so letting go of habits that don't align with your dream life is essential, absolutely essential, to creating space for new habits. Right? So it's so funny, we hold on to things. It's like we emotionally hoard. We yes the word searching and the forgetting everything. Yeah, uh, I have notes in front of me too, but as soon as I get off topic I'm just squirrel brain, oh, and then there's like bugs flying by because I'm sitting by my window, um, and so I just get. So what was what color? Shiny objects, right, but a lot of us hold on to. We hold on to energy, we hold on to past narratives. We keep telling ourselves stories that keep us stuck.
Speaker 1:We hold on to these labels We've been labeled, you know or we assume identity through labels, like we were talking about last week, assume identity through labels, like we were talking about last week Moms, moms and wives. It's like when you get married and when you become a wife, when you become a mom, like why have all of a sudden that's just who the fuck you are, I'm calling bullshit right Like we have to to be able to let go of what's not serving us. And if we're assuming identity within these labels, that's probably not serving us. And so it really becomes a game of figuring out like what do I like? What are my preferences? What makes me happy? How do I thrive in a workplace? Do I belong in a workplace? Do I belong in a workplace? Am I meant to be a leader?
Speaker 1:Like it's a game of self-discovery whenever you do identity work, but a lot of the time it's a game of letting go Letting go of what's not serving us so we can make room for the new stuff. And that's the hard work, because a lot of the time this thing is that we love or we think we love. We like the idea, we love the idea, right, but at the end of the day, typically we know it's not serving us. Like I was saying earlier, like it's not going. You're not going to want to climb out of bed to go for a walk, but but the person who has the chiseled body and or has, you know, the wonderful health, or the person who is just so well versed and let's say I'm neuroscience is my thing, but like the only way I'll get good at being able to educate people on that is if I continue to like I make it part of my life, right, if I let go of, let's say, what was a bad habit oh, scrolling my phone. I had to to really start paying attention to screen time and I have now switched to like I was introducing y'all to this book earlier paper books again. Okay, so I've got to let go of some shit I've got to let go of. I've had to let go of hanging out with family, some family members, or I don't do it as often, or I've cut off relationships with people that bring me down or make me feel bad about myself or maybe are not the best people to hang out with.
Speaker 1:And what you'll find too is when you do the identity work. It's so funny. A lot of the time people will actually remove you from their lives. They'll remove you from their lives and most of the time, won't even tell you, which I find very interesting. Um, y'all who? Y'all know who you are, my friends who don't write me back, y'all know who you are. Okay, but it's. It's interesting that when you do the work and the more you evolve and the more you better yourself. It's so interesting.
Speaker 1:Who falls off, who lurks? They won't talk to you, they won't hang out with you, but they'll lurk because they want to know what's going on in your life and they want to see you succeed. Maybe not to see you succeed, maybe to talk shit, and I don't know, I don't know To keep tabs on your or something. But um, letting go comes in so many, so many forms that sometimes they let go of you. But what's beautiful is is that, because of the law of resonance, when you guys are operating at different frequencies and you learn this through identity work, the best revenge is to be successful.
Speaker 1:Fuck, yes, that drives me every day. I'm just, I thrive on it. I can't wait to say told you so, fucking, told you so Like it's just let me like. Let the best motivation. Somebody tell me I can't do it. I'll find a way to do it. I'll find a way to do it. I'll find a way to do it. I'll find a way to do it. All five feet and one inch of me will find a way to do it.
Speaker 1:But yeah, sometimes it's just so necessary to experience loss to make room for all the greatness. Okay, you'll experience hurt, hurt, you'll experience loss. People will ghost you, people will quit inviting you to stuff, or or you make that choice to just not, to not hang around those people and to to let go of those habits. So, but what is meant for you is meant for you, and what is not meant for you is not meant for you. So when you do the identity work, when you become more concrete, when you start to do the self-discovery and allow yourself to break free from guilt and shame and be okay with saying you know what I'm worthy as, and abundance is my my birthright, money is my birthright, being happy is my birthright, um, that's when you get like that unfuck withable energy.
Speaker 1:And the more identity work you do, the more concrete you become in that energy and you realize that that is like the ultimate key to everything is mastering your energy, mastering your identity, because there's no one like you. It's like a, it's like a footprint, an energetic, a signature, energetic footprint. Nobody can replicate your footprint. Okay, and and and knowing that is where your power is, because if you can master that your identity and you could ever evolve your identity, you're continuously getting better, you're continuously evolving, you're continuously making more money, signing more clients, getting in front of more people. Like it's just a ripple effect and you magnetize, and you magnetize and you repel and you repel. What's meant for me is meant for me, what's not meant for me is not meant for me, and it just becomes this beautiful game, like this tango with life.
Speaker 1:And oh, I was saying earlier how my mind works mind games. If we think about energy, if we think about identity, if we think about the end result, which is your dream life, driving your driving your dream car, or I don't know. I want a horse, I want to ride horse horse places, I don't know. I'm trying to get back to. I'm trying to get back to the basics. Y'all I like want so much money that I can go back to just living off the land and being simple as fuck. I like I will have a small farmhouse. You will not see me in a mansion. I will have a small farmhouse. I will have chickens, I will have cows, I will have pigs, I will have crops. The most money I will spend is on other people their educations, giving them clean water, giving them resources, building things that need to be built, just really trying to get back to humanity, right, but you will not find me living some like super, super luxurious life. I already know that.
Speaker 1:But I like to play these mind games with myself and think as if I am. So one thing I do and this may be weird, but I just want to explain it anyway. So do y'all remember those? What are they called those little. It's like a little glass ball and it has this little thing sticking up and then another little ball and it's like electricity. Do you know what I'm talking about? Like those electricity globes, and if you put your fingers on it you could see all the lines of electricity go into your fingers. What are they called? Electric globe toy, I don't know. Okay, they're called plasma globes. Okay, so plasma globe. I started playing this game with myself and I'm telling you, this shit works.
Speaker 1:We take ourselves entirely way too seriously, and this is why working with me is so magical, because you go back to being a kid again, and that is where you thrive. I thrive being my inner child. I thrive on the curiosity. I thrive on the creativity. I thrive on the delusion. I've done the coolest shit by just saying I'm just going to fuck around and find out. That's when I made the most money. That's when I hit $20,000. It was $21,000 in 15 days in sales.
Speaker 1:Now I've attracted some crazy shit out of nowhere, all because of mind games, and so if you think about yourself as a plasma globe, then you are the center and the fingers are your manifestations. We want to manifest. We want to draw in the energy we want to draw in the manifestations. So you're in the center. Okay, manifestations are the hands. So if we're thinking about this globe, you're in the middle. What do we have to do to to magnetize all of these things? So if we think about what we have to do to magnetize all these things in and you do the things that I teach you through embodiment, work, through energetics, then you step into it's so cool. You step into the person that you must become to get that life, to get those manifestations. So by playing mind games in a really cool way, I teach you. It's the coolest shit. A lot of you haven't even gotten to do these yet.
Speaker 1:I've been pretty private about it, actually, because I felt like I sound like a fucking crazy person, but delusion serves us. Delusion serves us so much in identity work and in informing a life that you really want. Because if you think about, like all the great leaders, people thought they were delusional Until they made it happen, until they got enough people on board, until they made their message and their crusade known by the masses, it was seen as delusional. Martin Luther King Jr Right, gandhi. Think about, just think about all these people that have had such a great significance in history and how much adversity they faced and backlash, and until someone, or enough people, realized the genius. And so delusion serves you. It really can serve you whenever you're doing this. So I like to play the mind games Plasma globe is one of them and I think about how oh, this is another one.
Speaker 1:No, let me go back to the plasma globe. Sorry, squirrel brain, but if I'm in the center of the globe, what can I do to magnetize these things to me? So I think about the energy I put out, as if it's the energy going to the fingers. So what? What am I putting out to draw it in? So I think about things like OK, so if I want to make X amount of dollars, why do I want to make X amount of dollars? How do I believe it'll make me feel? And then, so if the money is okay, I want to make $5,000 or better within the next couple of weeks. Then I think about how is that going to make me feel Okay, that's going to make me feel a sense of relief. That's going to make me feel like, okay, we can breathe for a minute. Right, because I mean gas is high. Right, because I mean gas is high, groceries is high, all you that have kids starting school. There's a fee for fucking everything. I'm surprised they're not taxing us on the air in their in their classrooms yet. I'm sure that's coming next. But so, but so I have to think about it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, your alternate reality. I love that. You're into this kind of stuff. It's nerdy, it's book, but I love it. But I think about how's it going to make me feel? And then I go out and I create those feelings. So this mind game of plasma globe, plasma globe I'm the center of the plasma globe globe, I'm the center of a plasma globe allows you to have in your mind a visualization of, okay, what I'm putting out matters because it's going to, I'm gonna attract more of that. So I think about myself as a plasma globe. What am I putting out? How am I making other people feel? How do I want people to make me feel? And I lead by example. Yeah, I, I love aaron too.
Speaker 1:I didn't think about the fact that is he talking a lot about alternate realities? Because that's that's something I I love talking about too, and if y'all are into that kind of, y'all are into the woo-woo shit like the parallel universes and alternate realities and the quantum field and quantum jumping and leaping and timeline hopping. Okay, y'all just let me know, because we can. We can fuck around with that all day long. Y'all just may never see the end of me, if that's what y'all want to talk about, because that is that shit. Yeah, that's that shit. It's like dark matter. Alright, um, what comes to identity work, you got to walk the walk, bitch. You can't just talk the talk A lot of, uh, I'm not gonna say a lot of us, but when people tend to talk a lot, it's, it's usually like a defense mechanism.
Speaker 1:Right, it's a defense mechanism. Um, when I see big talkers who have an excuse for everything, who tend to feel like the world is dealt in a bad deck of cards or a bad hand, I say bad deck of cards. I always fuck that up. It's obvious. I don't play cards Because I always fuck it up. A bad hand, i't know. Am I saying any of it, right? I'm not really sure. Um, but I do feel like I'd have a good poker phrase if I ever did play. All right, jacqueline, get back on topic.
Speaker 1:Um, but a lot of the time, you know, I see people especially like in the discovery period. See, one of my gifts is you can tell me your desires, you can tell me your dreams, you can tell me your ideas and I can, in a 15 to 30 minute probably 15 minutes really about 15 minute conversation based on the things that I know intuitively. Uh, my gifts, um, what I know about neuroscience, what I know about trauma, what I know about, uh, your programming, like the brain's programming and how it works, neuroscience, neuroplasticity based on what I know about neuro linguistic programming, based on what I know about body language and being an empath. People that are empaths will get this. Being an empath, like we're taught to read energy, to protect ourselves, to make sure that we're safe. So I'm very, very, very intuitive.
Speaker 1:But one of my gifts is I can sit with a person and I can. You can tell me your, your past, you can tell me the things that you're going through. You can, whatever comes up. I literally all my new clients on the first call. We sit and I say, okay, just tell me about yourself, and it never, it never fails. Everything comes out and I'm able to, in a sense, everything comes out and I'm able to, in a sense, help you almost immediately with strategy. I can tell you where you need to, what you need to cut out of your life. I can tell you where I think that you've been programmed, where we need to decondition, where we should recondition. I can tell you, based on how you enjoy absorbing information. Book recommendation like change your life in about 15 to 20 minutes if you let me, but it's, it's the next step.
Speaker 1:Will you walk the walk and that's where a lot of people get tripped up is in, in, in pursuing a new identity is the work. The work is ever. Pursuing a new identity is the work. The work is forever. The work is life. It's life work.
Speaker 1:And for some people that sounds draining and it does not sound fine, and so you go back to just talking the talk and you save it for someday and you put it up on a pedestal and you think you're unworthy. But the reality is is that you must start being the person now, to become the person who has that life. It's not about saving it for some day. Yes, there is divine timing and things will fall into place, but the universe expects you to take the first step. You must make the first move and it's almost like when you take that risk and you just leap. You take the leap, you are rewarded.
Speaker 1:I swear your up levels. Come with resources. I swear your up levels, come with resources. God will place people in your life opportunities lessons, right. So we got to walk the walk, do not just talk the talk. I cannot stand. I just know too many people that sit and tell stories of their past times and I'm like it must be exhausting to continuously live in the past, or they worry too much about the future that we never get started. Right, but it must be exhausting to live in the past.
Speaker 1:So are you walking the walk or are you just talking the talk? It's not about saying you want change, but actually doing the work. Okay, and that's a life commitment. That doesn't sound fun to you, I'm sorry. You must not want it. You must not want it bad enough. And and who's to say? Who's to say when? When the time is right for you, right. But I'm a believer that when, when you look for answers, you will find them. Ok, when the students ready, the teacher will come, and so when you stumble across stuff like this, maybe it's not a coincidence, maybe deep down you do want to shift. Ok. So if I trigger you, if I ever trigger you, I don't want to apologize. If I ever trigger you, I don't want to apologize, I want to. I want to ask you why do you think that activates you? What do you think we can learn from that? What did I say? What emotion did it make you feel? Did it make you feel small? And I want to welcome the triggers Right. So if you ever watch, watch me and you're like I don't agree with that or that pisses me off, that's totally okay. But why so?
Speaker 1:Identity work is always asking yourself you know, what do I like? What are my preferences? Will that feel good? Will that excite me? Is that a hard no? Is that a hard yes? But it's just asking and being honest and being vulnerable with yourself so that you can fully own what you do like, what you don't like, figure out the non-negotiables. So some areas that we want to focus on are physical health, mental health and your boundaries. We want to get out of our comfort zone. That's incredibly important. Got to get yourself in the room. How are you going to expand if you don't allow yourself to expand? Get out of your comfort zone. Discomfort leads to growth. The book that I recommended for that earlier was the Five Second Rule by Mel Robbins, such a great book, actionable tips that I want to leave you with.
Speaker 1:Start small, like real small. Just pick a habit. Pick a habit to focus on for the week. Okay, does not have to be big, does not have to be hairy, does not have to be scary. Say, I'm going to walk for 10 minutes. I'm going to walk for 10 minutes each day. That's not hard, you can do that in your backyard, yo, it's about leaving the excuses behind, making some sacrifices and aligning with the habits, the behaviors, the thoughts, the beliefs that that person has, because that's how they're getting the invitations, that's how they're getting the opportunities, that's how they are attracting the money, securing the deals, right. So pick one small habit and just focus on that one for the week. Um, you can do visualize, visual oh my gosh, visualization exercises. Those are powerful. Um, visualize yourself as that person. Visualize yourself living that dream life. Okay, there are so many ways we can do this. You do this, this, you're meditating, um, but like, what does that person do daily? What does that person do daily? What habits do they have? What is their mindset? What boundaries does the person have, right? Um, and this is where and and cause.
Speaker 1:I was recording this earlier but it my phone died so it didn't save. But I was talking about, you know, for some of us, affirmations and journaling doesn't, it just doesn't do much. And so I was telling, I was telling the viewers and the listeners earlier that one thing I do and it sounds cheesy, but it goes back to mind games, like I was saying, I play these mind games with myself and so for me it really helps. Visualizing is great for me because I'm a feelings person, right, I'm a highly sensitive person. So having to sit and say affirmations that I might not necessarily believe, or having to journal and feel like I have to do that, it sometimes makes me feel trapped.
Speaker 1:So when I'm at the gym I pop in some ear pods and I put on this playlist and it's called Millionaire Vibes and then it says TikTok songs. That's the whole playlist and it's mostly instrumentals, like just beats and just like almost like movie music and it really sets the tone for me because I'll put them in and I'll put the treadmill on and I'll walk for um three, about three miles. Sometimes I break it up, but I will put it. I'll put the ear plug, the earphones in and I'll put it on a nice stay speed, about three to 3.5 miles per hour, and, um, I'll close my eyes, I'll put one arm up and hold on so that I I don't fall down, but I put my other hand beside me so I can count my steps effectively and it allows me to have this like model walk again.
Speaker 1:I play mind games with myself, okay, but they're, they're highly effective, uh, and I close my eyes and I have the fan on and I have it blow on my face and I close my eyes and I just fucking power walk. So, if you ever come to the gym, if you're ever at planet fitness, okay, and I'm over there, just mind your own fucking business, because I am power walking and I'm like walking on my catwalk and on my catwalk is on my yacht, and the kids aren't allowed on the yacht because they they scream too much. But we're all there and we're all thriving and, um, we're, we're popping bottles of uh, I don't drink alcohol anymore, but we're popping. We all can drink whatever you want, but we're all there on my catwalk, on the yacht and I'm just walking and I just imagine myself and I literally put myself in this mindset of as I walk, I make money.
Speaker 1:The more I walk, the more money I make, the sexier I am, the more I make I play mind games with myself oh, this isn't a treadmill I'm. The more money I make, the sexier I am, the more I make I play mind games with myself oh, this isn't a treadmill. I'm walking on my money and I just sit there and I, whatever fucking comes through and I allow myself to get in this energy of. I feel magical, I feel like I'm in another world. I kind of disconnect from my body. I'm in another world. I kind of disconnect from my body and it's a beautiful thing, because I think that we are so obsessed with being distracted that we're alone, that we're afraid of being alone with our thoughts.
Speaker 1:But and this is another reason, I fast. I fast every single day. I do not eat in the mornings. I only have water, um, and I do have weed, but I don't eat until about 10, 11, maybe sometimes 12. Um, no, usually about noon is when I'll eat. I fast until about noon, um, and I get the most work done. I am extremely effective. I'm clear in thought. I don't have all the body aches that I would. I don't have the bloating, um, I just feel like I'm walking on air. So, um, that and the mind games and just the overall health change, lifestyle changes, has helped me a lot.
Speaker 1:But it's it all started with just, you know, like just getting out of my comfort zone. Getting out of my comfort zone and figuring out what felt good for me. You know, like I said, some people don't do well with journaling, some people don't like to journal, some it feels like work. So it's what do you like and what can you keep up with? How can we remain consistent? So I like walking. I walk five miles a day, three miles at the gym, two miles around town or doing whatever I do in my daily stuff. Um, and so I take that time to visualize because I can feel it in my body and that's where the embodiment and energetic work comes in. And whenever you discover what it feels like, so that makes me feel powerful.
Speaker 1:So if money's going to make me feel powerful, if having an overpour of abundance and have unlimited resources to change the world makes me feel powerful, I need to create that feeling now. I need to anchor that feeling in my identity now. I don't need to wait to do that later on, because if I do it later on, I can't, I won't be able to hold that. I have to grow with the energy, I have to grow with the identity, and so we think that, you know, someday we'll become that person, someday we'll attract that opportunity, someday we'll have the things. But it's all about being, it's all about being right now. It's all about from shifting shifting from wanting to becoming. You must be that person now or you'll never get there.
Speaker 1:The power of consistency and patience is super important. Consistency is key. Identity work does not happen overnight. Okay, it does not happen overnight, and so it's so freaking important to just stay committed. A lot of us think that we have consistency issues, but no, you have commitment issues, because if you could keep your word to yourself, then you would show up anyway. There are days where you need to rest, but your highest self knows when you need to rest and when you're being a lazy bitch and trying to come up with excuses because the next level is a little scary. I get it right. Because the next level is a little scary, I get it Right. So stay committed. Stay committed. See it through, even when it's uncomfortable, even when it's slow, even when it feels like it's not working. Know that the only way you fail is if you quit, because the power of repetition, the laws of percentage, show that the more times you do something, the more it will stick. The only way to become is to be now, in the present, in the present tense. That's the only way you become is to be. Identity work is so important, I cannot stress it enough. This is the last episode. We this was a two-parter, a twofer, right, um? So you won't hear me talk a whole lot about it after this. We're going to tap into human design and all kinds of stuff after this.
Speaker 1:But identity work is one of the keys to living a life. You love people becoming the person who receives your dream life and practical steps. Okay, they know the practical steps. They know the impractical steps, they know to get delusional, but they know that it takes time, perseverance. It's not always going to be easy, right?
Speaker 1:I want to invite you to reflect, reflect on your identity. What does identity mean to you? What shifts do you feel you need to make? Who do you feel you need to become? Who should we start being now? Right, what do we need to do to get closer to aligning with your true, true west self. Now, true is always evolving, okay, true is always evolving. So if I say true self, who you are now, you're the things you want from life.
Speaker 1:Like these, things may change as we rise. So do our expectations, so do our goals, so do our incomes right. So give yourself grace. Give yourself grace. You are the most magnificent project that you will ever, ever work on. So just give yourself grace. Be patient and have fun. Have fun with it. Identity work can be a lot of fun discovering what you like, what you don't like. It gets to be fun.
Speaker 1:All right, so we got some upcoming episodes. We are on our way to a hundred episodes. We will be a hundred episodes in by the end of December and, um, I will be in Chicago in January 2025 with my business coach and my one of my great friends celebrating that Um. And then, at some point in the near future sometime 2025, we will do a podcast party and that's when all of you can have the opportunity to come and meet me and um, we can chat. Um, I'll have guests there. I don't know who all will show up, but we'll probably do it somewhere near me. Um, just because why not? Anybody want to come to Mississippi? That'd be kind of cool. I don't know, we'll figure out where we're going to do it, but I don't know quite yet.
Speaker 1:But I'm really excited about it because I started right here in the same bedroom and I never thought we would make it to 100 episodes. I am notorious for starting things and stopping things very quickly when it doesn't go as fast as I want it to. I had such commitment issues and I just never saw anything through, you know, and a lot of us do that, and so to get to 100 episodes is a huge accomplishment and I'm just ready to go big, big, big, big and bigger. So, um, I'm gonna put this out to the universe. I would like a sponsor, because if anyone wants to sponsor me because I'm ready to start making some money with this thing, I'm ready to start building, building, building, building. There is a whole brand that could be behind this. Just women talking shit could be so huge. So I don't know if I want investors, I don't know if I want sponsors, I don't know, but I'm going to put it out there and just see what comes back to me. We'll figure it out.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, we got the 99 cent high cash energetics challenge. If you want to get in on that, you can check the show notes. Um, if you're watching live, you can comment energetics and it'll trigger the system to send you the link to sign up. If you're looking in the show notes, just go to the link. It's a strike link 99 cents to get in. From there you will get a welcome email that will give you the channel link so that you can download slack and you can be in the channel. We start september 23rd. Um, what else? Uh, we've got the retreat wait list open.
Speaker 1:Uh, for those that don't know, my retreat my other retreat leader that was doing it with me she dropped out and it's focusing on her other, her own things, uh, which I'm super fucking pumped for her and I'm also pumped for myself, because now I get to do it in a way that I think I would really like to do and, um, I want it to be more adventure based and we're gonna like do things that are gonna be out in nature and rolling around and you know, smoking, weed and like relaxing and, uh, but also like playing guitar and just being outdoors. I want to go ziplining and like I don't know, let's go for a cold plunge. Let's just go do some wild shit and sit around a fire while I play guitar, but let's like hang out, hang out and heal together, but like just have a good time. I feel like retreats are always so focused on um, I don't know, want my treats to retreats to be fun. Okay, I'm just gonna be right, I want to be fun. Yeah, we're gonna do some healing shit and you're gonna feel sane and you're gonna feel challenged and like you've grown um, but I think it's gonna be just a whole different vibe this year. So if you want to come to, oh, and it's gonna allow me to make it cheaper for everybody too, because we don't have to pay two people and um, and I'm gonna get a bigger spot uh, yeah, I'm just really excited.
Speaker 1:If you want in on that, just just let me know. Or comment retreat and what else do we have? Yeah, I think that's it. Um, share your thoughts, share your thoughts in the comments, share your thoughts and your stories. You can always tag me at spiritual support system or you can tag the show, or tag us both. The show is at just women talking shit, um, and if you want to apply to work together, you always have that option.
Speaker 1:Also, there is the 99 cent challenge and I think that's a great way to to get into my world without, um you, you know, any hefty investments. Try that 14 days, see how you like it. Um, see how you like my energy, see how you like my teaching styles. Um, you'll get to to chat with other people in the challenge that have also worked with me. Uh, there was somebody on here earlier.
Speaker 1:Sarah was telling you, like working with me won't regret it. And it's true, because I I've got to say I think I'm the most heart-centered, um, understanding, genuine, humble person. Like I think I'm fucking awesome and I really do love you. I love you so much before I even know you and then, getting to know you, I really love you and my clients become even know you. And then, getting to know you, I really love you and my clients become my best friends. And some people think that's whack, but I think it's the coolest thing. I think it's so cool that I get to pick who I work with and they get to pick to work with me and that we get to know each other on such a deep level that it's life-changing and I don't take that lightly.
Speaker 1:And so, um, the the challenge is a really great way to get familiar with me, to see if you can fuck with me, if I'm too much for you, because I do spit out some tough love, but I do it. I do it in a way that you feel so supported, and you get that at the retreat, you get that in this challenge, you get that working one on one with me in the higher containers, um, and you get that in the mobile mentorship container too. You'll always feel love, I promise you. Even if you just join my little broadcast channel here on instagram, um, people will tell you I I love you and I can't help but not love you, and so, um, the goal is to make you feel that and to to transform your fucking life, because you deserve it, you know. So those are all the ways to work with me.
Speaker 1:I love you so much, um, if you need anything or if you have any questions, let me know. If there's anything you want to discuss on this show. If there are any guests that are any like, uh, professionals, any experts, um, any, anybody that you would like to see on the show, tag them in the comments. They probably don't know who the fuck, I am, but it could be the way we get them on the show. So, um, never know, you never know. Social media is a wild thing. It's a wild, wild thing, wild, wild west y'all. Anyway, okay, that's it. I hope you've enjoyed this episode of Just Women Talking Shit.
Speaker 1:Thank you for hanging out with me on the live stream. I'm doing this because I'm lazy. Give you a live stream so you can watch it live, and then I go back and I download the video and I take the audio and I cut that shit up and I repurpose it. I just created about 50 pieces of content from this one. So I'm not sorry, and I could teach you how to do that.
Speaker 1:Um, I do offer business energetics coaching as well. So, whether you are wanting to make your first $5,000 a month or go past 10, 20, $30,000 months, energy strategy, that's the way to go. I'm good at that, um. But yeah, y'all, go check out Moda Magic. This shit's good. I'm gonna go put some on my face now. Actually, I did it earlier and can you see how it's good? It's so good. Oh, but I'm really excited about this bath bomb. Thank y'all so much for sending me the gifts. Seriously, I'm so excited. Oh, and I'm getting more gifts from um. If anybody wants to do collaborations, if you have a brand and you want me to review any of your stuff, you can send it my way and I'll give you a shout out on the podcast um and help promote your stuff for free. So you have that opportunity to do that with me. But I'm really no-transcript.
